Experience:

Mexican economist from ITAM, with a Master’s degree in Auditing from UNAM. 27 years of experience in projects of the World Bank (WB) and Inter-American Development Bank (IDB), as well as the Multilateral Investment Fund (MIF) of the latter. He has designed, prepared, operated, executed and evaluated projects from different sectors in Mexico, Guatemala and Peru. He is a Founding Associate of the Mexican Community of Public Management for Results, A.C. (2014). He is also a member of the Community of Professionals and Experts in Latin America and the Caribbean in Management for Development Results (CoPLAC-GpRD), which is a space where professionals and experts voluntarily concur around a common theme, Management for Results in Development.
