Master of Applied Economics Georgetown University. Graduated from the Inter-American Course on Project Preparation and Evaluation (CIAPEP) dictated by Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile and a diploma in Project Appraisal from Queen’s University, Canada.
He has been Head of the Department of Methodologies of the Ministry of Social Development and is currently the Academic Director and professor of the Diploma and Master in Project Management and Evaluation at the Adolfo Ibáñez University. IDB and World Bank consultant.
