Provided consultancy services to the Regional Government of Coquimbo, Fourth Region of Chile, on the feasibility study for the development of the Regional Theater La Serena through a municipal concession commissioned by Gore Region IV. The study involved conducting a market study, demand analysis, willingness to pay, dimensioning, investment estimation, financial model, transaction scheme study, risk analysis, and bankability elements aimed at the structuring of a management model for a PPP concession.
