Master in Public-Private Partnerships from the International University of La Rioja. Master in Regulation with a mention in infrastructure and telecommunications from the Peruvian University of Applied Sciences. Master in Project Management from the International University of Valencia (diploma in process)
He has been a consultant to the IDB in Guatemala, a legal consultant to the OECD for the study of PPPs in Latin America, an expert member of UNECE in the preparation of international guidelines on PPPs and a substitute member of an Ad-Hoc Arbitration Commission in Guatemala for the Escuintla – Puerto Quetzal Highway project. He has given specialized classes and conferences in Peru, Guatemala, the Dominican Republic, Ecuador and Costa Rica. He is co-president of the Latin American chapter of WAPPP, referee and postgraduate professor at APP. In Peru he has advised the MTC, ATU, SEDAPAL, ESSALUD in Peru and other entities in the administration and execution of concession contracts in the port, railway, telecommunications, urban transportation, sanitation and health sectors, participating, among others, in projects such as Line 1 and 2 of the Lima Metro, the National Fiber Optic Dorsal Network and hospital projects under PPP. Jaime is a Lawyer from the Peruvian University of Applied Sciences, he has a Master in Public-Private Partnerships from the International University of La Rioja, a Master in Regulation with a mention in infrastructure and telecommunications from the Peruvian University of Applied Sciences and a Master in Project Management from the International University of Valencia.
