In Colombia, IKONS ATN provided consultancy services to the Ministry of National Defense to back the Public-Private Comparison Analyses in order to develop an entertainment center for a BELL 212 Helicopter Flight Simulator for war pilots (simulator, building and facilities for a total US$25 million). As such, a risk workshop was given, a financial model was developed and the base case of the reference public project was established.
