Provided consultancy services to Empresas Portuarias de San Antonio y Valparaíso in order to define an incorporation sequence for Great-Scale port infrastructure, a systematic multicriteria analysis properly justified, based on the social feasibility and financial feasibility traditional criteria; as well as other relevant criteria such as, expected impacts at environmental, economic and urban and social development levels in the local comunities, the intra and inter port competition levels and the financial impact that the Project may represent for the Treasury Department. The review of literature on socioeconomic assessment methodologies was conducted aimed at determining size and optimal location, development and application of the multicriteria analysis methodology in order to place the project in San Antonio or Valparaiso.
