IKONS ATN has participated in the final Structuring stage conducted by Grupo 2 Centro Occidente, collaborating directly with the National Infrastructure Agency. Among the main activities conducted by IKONS ATN were the coordination of the financial structure and the promoting strategies of the project that have been granted:

• Pasto-Rumichaca road concession, Road Concession Project in Colombia (79.66 km), with a total investment estimated US$1,200 million. Granted to an Ecuadorian-Spanish group in July 2015.
• In the aforementioned projects, IKONS ATN in addition, especially through its financial team, has participated actively in the revision and wording of specific clauses, in conducting the value for money studies through the public-private comparator, provided comments on contract drafts and in the interaction with IADBders in what is related to Q&A concerning the different versions of the contract, and in the direct promotion of the projects among international investors.
