IKONS ATN participated as investment banking institution and financial structurer, for the Railways of the State of Chile, for the incorporation of private capitals in the long term to the development of railway infrastructure, especially through the structuring of railway infrastructure rendering contracts (CPIF) and the signaling, electrification and communications contracts (SEC). The SEC Project was a Public-Private Partnership Modality whose objectives were the construction, restoring, and maintenance of the communications systems, electrification and signaling of the railways. The contract is in its operating stage, and obtained financial closure for financing the value of the projects’ investments.
