Master in Mathematical Economics and PhD in Economics University of Toulouse, France. She has completed the Specialty in Financial and Socioeconomic Project Evaluation at the Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México (ITAM).

Experience:

She has been Director of the Center for Studies for the Preparation and Socioeconomic Evaluation of Projects (CEPEP) in the Mexican Federal Government, and has been responsible for supervising the evaluation of more than 300 public investment projects in different sectors. She is professor of socioeconomic evaluation of projects at ITAM. She has been a consultant for the IDB and the World Bank.
