He has more than 20 years of experience in matters related to the formulation, preparation and evaluation of investment projects and Public-Private Partnership projects. He was General Coordinator of the Center for Studies for the Preparation and Socioeconomic Evaluation of Projects (CEPEP) of the Ministry of Finance and Public Credit of Mexico and, previously General Coordinator of the Program for the Promotion of Public – Private Associations in Mexican States (PIAPPEM) of the Inter-American Development Bank and General Director of Strategic Project Management in the State of Guanajuato. He is a partner of IKONS Infraestructura y Servicios in Mexico.
