Experience:

More than 17 years of experience in capital markets and financing of transport, social, health and energy infrastructure at an international level, having advised lenders and sponsors in large projects in LATAM under project finance structures applied to public-private partnerships. For 7 years he was Chief Legal Counsel at Skanska ID (international investment division of the Swedish construction group) where he was in charge of the legal structuring of concession projects in Chile (i.e. Autopistas de Antofagasta), energy in Brazil (i.e. Breitener Energia) and P3 in the U.S. (ERC | Midtown Tunnel, in Virginia). Since 2015 he is Partner at BKM | Berkemeyer, leading teams of legal advisers in the first PPP experiences in Paraguay (Routes 2 and 7 and Asunción Airport), Uruguay (Road Circuits) and Argentina (RARS, AUSUR and Ferrocarril Norpatagonico, in the latter case the structuring of the PPP Contract and bidding terms for the Public Grantor).
