Master in Finance from The George Washington University. Diploma in Accounting and Finance from the Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México (ITAM) and Diploma in Government and Public Policy by the Universidad Iberoamericana (UIA).
He leads the formulation of business proposals by Ikons ATN, in collaboration with the Institute of Public-Private Associations (IP3), aimed at providing advice and training on PPP structuring to multilaterals and national entities. He is also Senior Advisor to the United Nations Office for Project Services (UNOPS) advising national governments for the development of infrastructure projects through APP. He participated in the development of the biannual Infrascope report on the status of PPPs in LATAM developed between the IDB and The Economist Intelligence Unit, as well as in the definition and organization of the PPP Americas events also of the IDB. He has been a consultant and researcher in private sector development, infrastructure and business environment for the World Bank, the Ministries of Public Works and the Economy of Chile and the Instituto América Libre in El Salvador.
