Mr. Mansilla is an economist with 22 years of experience in large infrastructure project management, and in the design and implementation of alliances and public-private partnerships (PPP) Mr. Mansilla was an infrastructure integration specialist of IADB based in Chile, leading the IADB representation in the IIRSA initiative and the transport sector in Chile. Mr. Mansilla was the Director of the Mongolia Business Plus Initiative (BPI) focus on foster PPPs in Infrastructure with the support of USAID and CHEMONICS.
