He has more than 19 years of professional experience and more than 15 years of experience in the field of infrastructures. He is a specialist in structuring projects under PPP schemes, financial modeling, financial feasibility studies, risk analysis, Value for Money analysis and bidding processes. He has participated in more than 60 projects at an international level, advising both private and governments, multilateral organizations and other public institutions. The added value of the projects in which he has participated exceeds US $25,000 million. Between 2008 and 2019, as Manager of the Deloitte Infrastructures & APPs team, he participated in numerous projects for structuring and financial advising of projects under APP schemes at an international level, both in the private and public areas, in the highway sectors, trams and light rail, urban transport systems and social infrastructure (health, penitentiary, education, etc.). He is currently an associate consultant for IKONS ATN.
