Project description:
The Project considers the operation and maintenance of the Potable Water Supply System of the City of Tepatitlán de Morelos from the collection of raw water in the curtain of the El Salto dam to the Storage Tanks in the Paso de Carretas sector, whose work Physics is currently under construction through a public works contract signed by the Municipality of Tepatitlán de Morelos.
The model of public-private participation that is considered to implement the project corresponds to a project for the provision of services covered within the framework of the Law of Investment Projects and Provision of Services of the State of Jalisco and its Municipalities (PPS Law of Jalisco or the Law), whose text was published in the Official Gazette of the Federation on April 10, 2008.
The Model considers the participation of a private Investor Provider who will have the responsibility of financing, operating and maintaining the infrastructure of the Aqueduct and provide the service of availability of potable water at the outlet of the storage tanks that are components of the potable water supply system of the Municipality of Tepatitlán de Morelos.
