Project description:

The Santiago Justice Center (CDJ) concession was awarded to the OHL company in March 2004, and consisted of the construction of a set of buildings for the implementation of the Criminal Procedure Reform. The building of the Justice Center covers a total area estimated at 115,000 m2 within a 4.5 hectare site, and is currently in full operation and operation phase. The CAPEX investment amounted to US $ 180 million.

Description of professional services:

Advice on the preparation of a public-private comparator to determine the presence of value for money, which included conducting a risk analysis and defining the business model of the transaction, and reviewing the services to be provided in the building. To date, the CDJ is the largest public building PPP in Latin America.
