• Preparation of reports with the estimation of own capital cost rates (CAPM) and weighted average cost of capital (WACC) for infrastructure projects, public services, and related industries.
• Determination of the Value for Money in its quantitative and qualitative dimensions and preparation of the Public-Private Comparator report.
• Workshops and application of procedures for eligibility analysis of contracting modalities in early stages, multicriteria evaluation, especially the Analytical Hierarchical Process (PJA) and the Analytic Process in Networks (PAR).
• Transportation studies, determination of tariff levels, competitiveness, and logistics costs.
• Impact evaluation of public programs using modern techniques.
